Privacy policy and cookie policy for the KWITOmania website

General information

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to the website operating under the domain www.kwito-mania.pl, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Service’.
  2. The service operator and personal data administrator is Kwitomania Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, located at: Stary Rynek Oliwski 8D, 80-324 Gdańsk, NIP: 5842862555, REGON: 540584916, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Administrator’.
  3. The administrator processes the User’s information in accordance with the law, in particular the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/48/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – OJ EU.L 2016.119.1 – hereinafter referred to as GDPR, the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
  4. The Administrator shall ensure the security of information about Portal Users, in particular by properly protecting it and preventing access to it by unauthorised persons.
  5. The data subject may exercise the following rights in relation to the Administrator:
    1. the right to request access to and rectification of your data,
    2. the right to restrict the processing of your data in the cases and under the conditions specified in Article 18 of the GDPR or to erasure in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR (‘right to be forgotten’),
    3. the right to data portability in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR,
    4. the right to withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data at any time, which, however, does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of that person’s data carried out on the basis of that consent and which took place before the person exercised their right to withdraw consent,
    5. the right to object at any time to the processing of their personal data for reasons related to their particular situation, as specified in Article 21(1) of the GDPR.
  6. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint against the processing of their personal data by the Controller with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Methods of data collection

  1. The service collects information voluntarily provided by users who use the contact form, including their first name, last name, telephone number and email address. The website also records information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  2. When a user visits the Website, data about the user’s visit is automatically collected, such as IP address, domain name, browser type, and operating system type. This information is not matched with any other personal data of individual users.
  3. The Service uses data contained in cookies, i.e. small text files sent to the device of a user visiting the Service (see below).

Purposes of data collection and processing

  1. Personal information provided by the user in the contact form is used to respond to the request sent or to arrange a consultation.
  2. Information collected by automated means is used for website administration, security and statistical analysis.
  3. Cookies are used to generate statistics and adapt the content of the Website to the user’s preferences, as well as to optimise the use of the Service.

Important marketing methods

  1. The administrator uses statistical analysis of website traffic using Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited). The administrator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.

Information about cookies

  1. The service uses cookies.
  2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end equipment of the Service user and are intended for use on the Service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on your end equipment and a unique number.
  3. The Service Operator is the person who places and accesses cookies on the Service user’s end equipment.
  4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    1. proper adaptation of websites to user needs,
    2. memorising user preferences and individual settings,
    3. to fulfil the purposes specified above in the section ‘Important marketing methods’.
  5. Cookies are not used to obtain any personal data from users.
