Occasional rental in Poland - 300 zł (standard) / 350 zł (notarised),
ready in an hour!
Want to rent an apartment, but the owner requires Najem okazjonalny?
Let's take it step by step:
Occasional rental is a form of contract that protects the property owner from tenants living in the property without paying (and thus allows them to quickly evict tenants if payment is not received).
A very common form of contract today - and with our signature, it's completely hassle-free!
How does it work?
We act as a guarantor, providing a backup address for signing the lease agreement for your flat.
What information is required to order a document from us?
To order a certificate, simply provide the details of the people who will be living in the flat, the address, and, if the owners require their details to be included in the certificate, the details of the owners of the property you will be renting. The certificate is valid for one year and is ready within 24 hours if a notary signature is required, and within an hour if a standard trusted profile is sufficient.
Process:
Provide the details of the persons who will be residing in the property and the address.
We prepare a certificate and sign it with a trusted profile or notarise it.
We are sending you the original certificate.
You sign a lease agreement with the owner of the property you are renting.
Sign the notarial deed at the notary's office together with our certificate (Art. 777).
Be sure to inform the notary if you do not speak Polish, because then it will be necessary to hire a sworn translator and sign the deed only with him present. Without understanding the documents, unfortunately, they will only postpone the appointment at the notary's office. This step is possible after I have signed the certificate and agreed on the terms with the owners. Property owners do not always require this, so each situation must be considered individually.
Signing the agreement at the notary's office costs an additional PLN 400-800.
